MEET GABE
Third-generation craftsman. Island builder.
Gabe obtained his California Contractors License in 2010 and relocated to Kauai in 2013, bringing his extensive mainland expertise to the island. With three decades in the industry, Gabe excels at visualizing the finished project from the earliest stages and determining the most effective path to achieve it. He places high value on clear, consistent communication and works closely with designers and architects to ensure the client’s vision is fully understood and successfully brought to fruition.
Today, through McVey Design & Build, Gabe leads custom home projects and major renovations on Kauai. He maintains a trusted network of skilled subcontractors developed over many years, all known for delivering the highest quality workmanship. With deep pride in craftsmanship, Gabe is committed to exceptional quality, meticulous attention to detail, and delivering outstanding results on complex, high-end residential builds.
