Built right. Built together.

A great build starts with a great plan. From first walk-through to final punch list, you get one builder, one crew, and one point of accountability.

OUR APPROACH

A builder who builds with you.

We're builders, not designers. We've spent years working alongside the best designers and architects on the island, and we know how to make their drawings come to life. If you've already got a designer, we'll fold them into our team seamlessly. If you don't, we'll point you toward someone whose style fits what you're after.

Either way, once shovels hit dirt, you're working directly with us. No middlemen, no project managers you've never met, no surprises on Friday afternoons. Just clear communication, careful planning, and craftsmanship you can stand behind.

THE PROCESS

How a McVey project comes together.

01

Conversation

We sit down (or stand on-site) and talk through what you're trying to do. Budget, timeline, must-haves, dealbreakers. If you've got a designer, we'll loop them in. If not, we'll help you find one.

02

Plan

Once the design is settled, we translate it into a working scope, materials list, and schedule. You see exactly what you're getting, and what it's going to cost, before anything is committed to.

03

Build

Our crew takes it from permit to punch list. You'll have one point of contact and weekly updates so you're never wondering where things stand.

04

Walk-through

We don't disappear after final invoice. We walk the finished project with you, address any last items, and stand behind the work.
