This project was a full addition & remodel. A second story was added to the house to better incorporate the surrounding views. The build consisted of new structural steel & floor trusses to maintain the first floor's vaulted ceiling while ensuring the integrity to support the second floor. With the new addition, the entire interior was updated with new finishes, including flooring, countertops, cabinetry, custom built-in bed systems & updated appliances.
